3. Automatic Crediting
Our blockchain nodes monitor the TRON network in real-time. Once your transaction hits 1 network confirmation (usually under 2 minutes), your OTPDesk USD balance is updated automatically.
Troubleshooting Delayed Deposits
In rare cases, your balance might not update instantly. This happens for two reasons:
- Wrong Network: You sent USDT via ERC-20 (Ethereum) instead of TRC-20. Always double-check the network selection in your exchange.
- Exchange Delays: Exchanges like Binance sometimes batch withdrawals, causing a 5-10 minute delay before the transaction is actually broadcast to the blockchain.
