How Our Auto-Refund System Works
At OTPDesk, we operate on a strict "pay-per-success" model. We believe you should never pay for a virtual number that fails to deliver your verification code. Our refund policy is entirely automated to protect your balance.
Order Cancellations and Failed SMS
When you generate a number, the cost is temporarily held from your account balance. Here are the scenarios where those funds are instantly returned to you:
- Timeout: If the target service (like Instagram) fails to send the SMS within the 20-minute rental window, the order times out and 100% of the funds are refunded to your OTPDesk wallet.
- Manual Cancellation: If you realize you selected the wrong country or service, you can hit the 'Cancel' button on your active order. If no SMS has been received yet, you are fully refunded immediately.
- Carrier Rejection: Occasionally, a carrier might block an incoming shortcode. If our system detects the block before delivery, the order is canceled and refunded.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Once an SMS code is successfully displayed on your dashboard, the transaction is finalized. We cannot issue refunds in the following situations:
- You successfully received the SMS, but the target app blocked your IP address or device.
- You bought a number for the wrong service but still triggered and received the SMS.
- You forgot to use the code before the app's internal timer expired.
Balance Withdrawals
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions (USDT/TRX) and associated network gas fees, all deposits made to your OTPDesk account are final. We do not offer fiat or crypto withdrawals of unused balance. Please only deposit what you plan to use.
