Contact OTPDesk Support Operations

In the high-stakes world of automated marketing campaigns, bulk account registrations, and privacy protection, we understand that technical issues cost you time and money. That is why OTPDesk abandoned slow, outdated email ticketing systems in favor of real-time, direct messenger support.

Our global team of network engineers, blockchain specialists, and account managers are available 24/7 to resolve routing failures, investigate crypto deposit delays, and assist with complex API integrations.

Tier 1: Direct Real-Time Support Channels

For immediate assistance with active orders, failed verifications, or account access issues, please use our primary messaging channels. We prioritize Telegram for all technical and billing support to ensure the fastest possible response times.

Tier 2: Enterprise and Legal Inquiries

For high-volume wholesale agreements, API partnership discussions, or legal inquiries, please contact our administrative team via email. Do not use email for urgent, active-order support, as processing times are slower.

How to Request Technical Assistance Effectively

Our engineers can resolve your issue in seconds if you provide the correct data upfront. To avoid unnecessary back-and-forth messaging, please include the following information in your very first message:

  1. Your Account Identity: Provide your registered username or email address so we can locate your profile.
  2. The Transaction ID (TXID): If you are reporting a delayed crypto deposit or a missing wallet balance, you MUST paste the exact blockchain TXID (e.g., the TronScan link). We cannot trace missing funds without cryptographic proof of transfer.
  3. The Service and Target Country: If an SMS is failing repeatedly or you are encountering "Invalid Number" errors, tell us the exact service (e.g., Telegram, Google) and the specific country you are trying to use. This allows our network engineers to manually inspect the carrier routing logs for that specific network path.

API Integration Support for Developers

If your automation script is failing, returning HTTP 429 Rate Limit errors, or if you are struggling to parse the JSON responses correctly, we are here to help debug your code.

Send our Telegram support team the exact HTTP request payload your script is generating, along with the raw response headers. Security Warning: Never send your private API keys in plain text over any messaging platform. If we need to test your account, we will generate a temporary support token internally.
