Welcome to OTPDesk. By creating an account and purchasing a virtual number on our platform, you agree to these standard business terms. We keep our rules simple to protect our infrastructure and ensure high success rates for all users.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and login credentials.
2. Purchase and Usage Rules
We provide temporary phone numbers exclusively for receiving SMS verification codes. Here is exactly how our rental system works:
- Time Window: When you purchase a number, it remains active for a strict 20-minute window. If the SMS does not arrive in that time, the order cancels automatically.
- Single Service Lock: A number is rented for one specific service (e.g., Twitter). You cannot use a Twitter number to verify a Google account.
- No Illegal Activity: OTPDesk cannot be used to bypass fraud prevention systems for financial institutions, banks, or illegal marketplaces. Accounts caught doing this face instant suspension.
3. API Usage Limits
Developers are welcome to automate registrations using our API. However, you must respect our rate limits. Spamming the polling endpoint more than once every 2 seconds will trigger our DDoS protection and temporarily IP-ban your server.
4. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to change prices per country based on local carrier costs and supply availability. We guarantee that your deposited balance will not expire, but individual number prices may fluctuate based on market demand.
