Terms of Service

OTPDesk Enterprise Terms of Service

Welcome to OTPDesk. By registering an account, accessing our API, or funding your wallet, you enter into a binding operational agreement governed by the following Terms of Service. These rules are not mere suggestions; they are strictly enforced guidelines designed to protect our cellular infrastructure from carrier blacklisting, prevent illegal abuse, and ensure 99.9% API uptime for all legitimate clients.

1. Scope of Service and Permitted Use

OTPDesk provides leased, temporary access to cellular mobile numbers strictly for the purpose of receiving SMS-based One-Time Passwords (OTPs) and verification links. We do not provide outgoing SMS capabilities, voice call forwarding, or permanent phone line hosting.

You agree to use our infrastructure solely for legitimate account registration, privacy protection, and automated marketing verification (where permitted by the target platform).

2. Strict Prohibitions and Instant Bans

To maintain the high quality and clean reputation of our physical SIM pools, certain activities are strictly forbidden. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in an automated, permanent IP ban and forfeiture of all wallet balances:

Our backend risk engine utilizes heuristic analysis to monitor for high-frequency requests targeting locked financial domains. Suspicious activity triggers an automatic account suspension.

3. The "No Code, No Charge" Refund Policy

We believe that you should only pay for a service that actually works. Our billing engine operates on a strict pay-per-success model.

When you request a virtual number, the associated cost is placed in a "pending hold" state. You have a 20-minute lease window. If the target platform (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram) fails to deliver the SMS to our servers within this window, the lease expires. The pending hold is instantly released back to your available USD balance. There are absolutely no hidden fees, processing charges, or penalties for failed delivery attempts.

Exceptions: Once an SMS code is successfully displayed on your dashboard, the transaction is finalized. We cannot issue refunds if the target app later bans your account due to poor proxy usage, or if you fail to input the code in time.

4. Developer API Protocol and Rate Limiting

We welcome developers to integrate our RESTful JSON API to automate bulk registrations. However, you must respect our network stability guidelines.

Polling the /api/v1/order/status endpoint aggressively causes unnecessary load on our database clusters. You are required to implement a strict 5-second delay between status checks for any single order ID. Polling faster than this threshold will trigger our Web Application Firewall (WAF) and return an HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) error. Repeated violations without implementing exponential backoff will result in an automated IP blacklist to protect the network from DDoS-like behavior.

5. Account Balances and Crypto Finality

OTPDesk operates a prepaid wallet system. Because we process payments via decentralized cryptocurrency networks (USDT TRC-20, TRX), transactions are cryptographically irreversible. Furthermore, the high network gas fees associated with blockchain micro-transactions make refunds impractical.

Therefore, all wallet deposits are considered final. We do not process fiat or crypto withdrawals for unused balances under any circumstances. We strongly advise you to calculate your operational volume requirements and deposit funds incrementally.

6. Modification of Prices and Services

The telecommunications market is highly volatile. Prices for virtual numbers are dictated by local carrier costs, hardware maintenance, and supply-and-demand economics. OTPDesk reserves the right to modify the per-SMS price for any country or service at any time without prior notice. While your deposited USD balance will never expire or decrease in value, the purchasing power of that balance may fluctuate based on market pricing.
