Welcome to OTPDesk! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of OTPDesk's virtual SMS verification services.
By accessing this website and utilizing our virtual number rentals, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
OTPDesk leases temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes and OTPs. We do not support outgoing SMS, outgoing voice calls, or incoming voice calls. Each virtual number lease is active for a limited duration (typically 15-20 minutes).
We operate on a strict pay-as-you-go system. Balance deposited into your wallet is used to buy individual verification leases. We offer a "No Code, No Charge" policy: if the selected number fails to receive the OTP code during the active lease session, the lease is canceled and the transaction is fully refunded to your wallet balance.
Users are strictly prohibited from using OTPDesk virtual numbers for any fraudulent activities, bulk automated spamming, financial scams, identity theft, creating unauthorized payment profiles, or violating local laws. Violating these rules will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any remaining wallet balance.
OTPDesk services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. While our physical SIM card pools maintain a high success rate, we do not guarantee 100% acceptance by every third-party website or app due to their internal security changes.
